for primary client support from the initial system setup
through ongoing support. After the client base grows sufficiently,
we will also start a helpdesk to ensure clients receive a quick
response to their questions. Employ Systems will work with the
client's helpdesk to provide a knowledge base for supporting applicants.
Training
Employ Systems provides additional value to our clients
by ensuring that all HR agents are properly trained in the use
of
the software. Training programs vary in detail
based on the type of user to be trained (i.e. HR agent, Hiring
manager, HR executive).
