Robert has spent the last nine years exclusively focused on human capital systems for the health care sector. He has researched, designed and directed innovative, real-time systems which expanded candidate access, metrics reporting and business capabilities. These applications significantly increased quantity and quality of candidate throughput in highly competitive business arenas. His creativity and resource alignment talents offer unique perspectives which redefine complex processes into interactive sequences engaging participants on optimal terms. Robert has an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and how to cost-effectively leverage their application. His systems and process applications are successfully operating in settings ranging from acute care hospitals to home care and healthcare staffing.

Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and operational experience to the organization in the area of hospital and healthcare staffing. As a hands-on executive manager within the healthcare industry for the past ten years, Bob has worked with several software scheduling systems and assisted in the development and refinement of features, benefits and web-based process improvements. As an operations manager, he brings a hands-on level of knowledge designed to streamline processes and improve efficiency—thereby saving cost. Bob is a visionary thinker who constantly pushes the envelope and challenges clients to explore possibilities beyond the status quo. By continually questioning, positing and observing, Bob can refine and shape the finished product with artistic precision and depth. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics and a master’s degree in healthcare systems administration, along with prior business ownership and multi-unit management experience.
